WASHINGTON, July 12 (DC Times Online) — Sen. Lindsey Graham’s official Senate biography says the South Carolina Republican has served in the chamber since 2003 and currently chairs the Senate Budget Committee.
The biography says Graham was elected to the Senate in 2002 and re-elected in 2008, 2014 and 2020. It lists him as a member of the Senate Appropriations Committee, the Senate Judiciary Committee and the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works.
The Senate office page for Graham lists a Washington office in the Russell Senate Office Building and an office in Greenville, South Carolina.
Britannica says Graham was born in Seneca, South Carolina, in 1955 and served in the U.S. House from 1995 to 2003.
